Last updated: July 13, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iLocalAEO and related websites (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Account

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree to comply with all laws applicable to your use case, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam regulations. You are responsible for how you contact leads exported from the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users.

Credits & billing

Usage may consume credits according to job configuration and platform rules shown in the application. Paid subscriptions and upgrades are billed through our payment provider under the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party listing data, or specific business outcomes from use of exported leads.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate (for example, via email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
